1. Who we are

Postcraft is a social media management tool operated by Infinity Duo. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Postcraft (at postcraft.infiniduo.com) and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

• Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
• Content you create or upload — post drafts, generated images/videos, and workspace details.
• Credentials you choose to connect — a Buffer API token, or Facebook/Instagram Page access tokens — used only to publish posts on your behalf to the accounts you connect.
• Basic usage data (credit balance, generation history) needed to operate the product.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate your account and workspaces, generate AI content on your request, publish posts to the social accounts you connect, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third parties

We share data with the services that power Postcraft's features, strictly to deliver them: Google (sign-in), Buffer and Meta's Graph API (publishing to Facebook/Instagram), OpenRouter and Azure OpenAI (AI text/image/video generation), imgbb (image hosting), and Stripe (payment processing). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account menu, which removes your profile and associated data.
